This is where there story begins, the year was 2012 and I had decided to visit Southern Africa after many years of living in the England. I was so excited to explore the mystifying nature of this beautiful region and bring back childhood memories. However, at this time, my acne and eczema became an obstacle I couldn’t overcome. My skin was extremely irritated and I was generally unhappy with the situation. However, after spending time in Southern Africa and meeting so many women with glowing clear skin attest to the power of natural skincare, I decided to take matters into my own hands.

Upon my return to London, I rolled up my sleeves and got down to business. After endless sleepless nights, thousands empty cups of tea and months of research, I got my A-HA moment! That’s when I realized that using botanical ingredients and hand-picked herbs not only improved my skin condition by making my skin look healthy, smooth and radiant but it was also soul-soothing and quite therapeutic. From this point on, I truly believed and actually experienced soul transforming skin care. As a result I was calmer, happier and filled with love and gratitude.

For this reason, in 2013 I established my company, the Lisa Goronga Natural Beauty brand and my first customers were my friends and family. I developed almost all the recipes myself and hand-made them in small, fresh batches. The result? They became an overnight hit! Once I knew that my organic, natural and vegan oils and balms can replace chemical-filled products, I decided to take the next step!

Even though almost 8 years have passed and I have sold thousands of organic products, my approach is still the same. I formulate every product to not only provide amazing skin, but to also provide a soul-soothing experience. I personally handpick every single ingredient, study traditional techniques, oversee the handmade production process and make sure that every single product is organic, vegan, natural, cruelty-free, gluten-free and 100% palm-free. Where I am unable to formulate the product, I find a manufacturer who makes the products in accordance with the values which my company holds because I want the best for you. After all, you are the reason I am in business and your wellness is my top priority!
